Our family enjoyed our stay. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location off from the main strip of Gatlinburg.

Great location, friendly staff and convenient parking! Trolley service is right next to the hotel. Breakfast area was getting too congested and should think about a bigger space- both for serving and sitting. Pool was not very clean, kids couldn't use it due to obvious soapy dirt.

The room we had was by the elevators. It was very noisy at night in the hallway. Kids running and screaming well after 11pm. Parents yelling at the kids for screaming. Adjoining room people very noisy. Room needs to be updated with lighting. Very dark in room and bathroom. Hard to see shaving and putting in contacts. Locates excellent.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the grounds were great. Its proximity to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect. Just far enough away, but close. The hot tub, fire pits and views of the creek behind the hotel were beautiful. Due to a family emergency, we needed to check out a day before our check our date, and they refunded us our money. I would stay there again and would recommend.

We had an overall great experience staying here. Breakfast was excellent, my children loved the pool, and the beds were comfortable. I wish I had known the bathrooms were sliding doors and have no way to lock; as I would have chosen another hotel. This is within walking distance, just know the walk back is all up hill. If there were locking bathroom doors, I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great because its within walking distance of the main strip. Less than .5m walking distance. Many families walking during the day from other hotels around the area.

Everything was great. Only thing they quoted me $802 and ended up being like $885. Overall it was a good stay with our fur kids.
