The family that runs this property knows what they are doing! The place was spotless, the rooms were excellent. So much space to spread out in, excellent satellite tv service, big tv’s, comfortable bed, etc etc. I wish they ran hotels in Chattanooga and Nashville!

Very nice family owned and run hotel. There was always someone available should you have a question and everyone was very kind. Close to Fall Creek Falls which is why we chose Dunlap which has every fast food chain and a Walmart if you forgot to bring something on your trip.

When we checked in, the lady at check-in wasn't friendly. The room was clean. The building is old but reasonably well maintained. And then we noticed there were only two bath towels in the room despite the fact that it was a double queen room and we had specifically booked for 4 people in the room (2 adults and 2 children) so we requested 2 more towels and they provided us with 2 more very thin, threadbare towels. The original two towels in the room weren't great, but the additional two were really just awfully old and worn out, rough/threadbare like rags. The tiny restaurant next door is where you get your complimentary breakfast, and the people there were friendly and the food there was fresh cooked simple home cooking which was good. Overall I guess if we needed a hotel in the area we would probably stay there again since there are literally NO OTHER hotels within 30-45 minutes drive, but I wasn't super impressed.
