The people here treated us like family while we were staying here. That says it all.

The location was great for us to visit family, and the room was clean and comfortable.

I’m not sure what the other reviewers are raving about. From the parking lot this place looked great. But immediately upon entering our room my family turned toward me with a grimace of disappointment. Once I entered the room I knew why: the room smelled awful! It was dank, moist, and damp. Just really foul. Visually everything looked clean, but it was hard to get passed the smell. Imagine a room being constantly wet for decades. That’s what it was like. The pillows were also terrible. They ball up and contain pressure, and it’s like trying to sleep on a sphere. In the morning we realized why the room was so dank. There is no vent in the bathroom! After showers the whole room drips with condensation. Now imagine that, day after day, year after year. That’s exactly what greeted us at the door and unfortunately made a lasting first impression. To leave things on a high note, the gentlemen working the desk when we checked out was incredibly kind and professional.
