DoubleTree by Hilton Chattanooga

Hello, Last night was incredibly uncomfortable! After 12hrs of nonstop for with a 7yo, i showered and got in bed @ 10p only to notice period blood stains on the linen. I removed that part and covered with my kid’s throw, which is incredibly small. I did not want to alarm her by having the front desk to strip the bed at that hour- So, i stopped by the front desk as we were leaving out this morning. I’d kindly like a refund beyond and apology for last nights stay. I’m sure renting rooms with blood stained linens is not the vision or mission of Hilton. My daughter and i left at 10a for a day at the water park. We returned at 5p to the same mess that was left. Yes, the bedding was changed. But, the rest of the room was left a mess. Is staff no longer cleaning the rooms?! I’d assume if there were blood stains on the linens that it’d make plenty sense to freshen be entire room. This has been a BAD experience. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and if this is beyond your scope, please guide me in escalating my request. Best, Chyna

We had a great stay! Service was great and we would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Chattanooga. It was very family friendly and they even had a Easter egg hunt going on for kids staying over Easter weekend!

Everyone was really friendly, clean, nice services. Parking lot was close. There were a lot of family friendly stuff to do. It would be nice if they provided a free breakfast it was a little above continental breakfast, but they did make you omelets however it was a little pricey for what they offered. It was convenient though.

Lovely downtown property! No over priced valet- on-site self park lot, plenty of spaces. Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, up to date. In walkable distance to great food options. Adjoining rooms for families. My only wish was a late night dining option inside the hotel. Great stay, I would do it again!

Room was clean and hotel was nice, staff was nice however would like if if someone would please take into consideration- people w young children stay here and the microwave was on a mat that allowed it to be slid around and our 2 1/2 year old pulled the microwave out and it was inches from falling directly on his foot or toe, I was right there but didn’t know it was on that mat that allowed it to be moved with barely even touching it

This hotel was far above our expectations. With an active toddler we were not concerned at all about letting her play and roam. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. The lady working the Starbucks was the sweetest to me and made sure our little one was treated to cold milk and lots of attention. You could literally smell the cleanliness of it from the moment you walked in. It was amazing to be treated so good after we had a bad experience at a different hotel in a different city the night before. We cannot wait to come back to Chattanooga and stay again. The recommendation for dinner and breakfast were amazing and in walking distance for us.

Great area for touring with a young child. The front desk staff were sooo friendly, bed was comfy. Pool was clean and nice. Overall a great stay

We paid and selected a 600sq fit room but were put in the 200 sq ft room. The bathroom was supposed to have a tub and shower (essential for our small child) but only had an outdated shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Stopped to visit our nephew, his wife and new baby on our way home from Florida. Perfect property for us, great restaurants nearby and not far from my Nephews house.
