This property was just ok for me. The location was definitely the best thing about staying here. The breakfast was really lacking, and my family dreaded trying to eat there each morning. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, though they weren’t bad either. The room set up was very odd. The bathrooms have heavy sliding doors that don’t lock and lack privacy. The TV is situated so that it’s pretty uncomfortable to watch. The bed was kind of hard and squeaky. It wasn’t a bad stay, just not anything great either.

Great spot. Even with kids. It was busy when we went, but the place was clean and we lacked nothing from our stay. Will be our new Chattanooga spot when we need a stay.

Stayed a few nights with 2 kids. Did the king with the pull out bed as the layout added a sense of separation in the room for “space” when being around each other got a little irksome. The pool and hot tub were nice time fillers between the other activities. Hotel was within walking distance of parks and food. Main attractions are just a few minutes drive. The breakfast had sufficient options and was tasty

We had a nice stay. We like liked the studio suite set up with the couch and desk on one side. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The kids enjoyed the selection of waffles and cereal. Everything was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a king size that had a couch with a trundle bed. We chose this room so that our two children would have a place to sleep. The room only came with one extra bedding, even though the room has the option of two beds. The king size bed also only had 4 dinky pillows and the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre with no orange juice available and no fountain drinks. We choose hotels based on enough room for our two kids to sleep and a good continental breakfast. This hotel has neither. Not within walking distance of anything.

Amazing stay! I came all the way from Florida with my two kids only and it was amazing! Clean, safe, helpful staff, you have a restaurant right next to it, you can walk to the main attractions too … Tennessee Aquarium, IMAX Theater… I was very happy with my time there!

The reservation I made on Expedia was not what the hotel had reserved for me. Expedia messed on the room details on their website. The hotel said this is the 3rd time it had happened. My family had to wait almost an hour before getting the room I had already booked and paid for over a week prior. With 3 kids and a baby, it felt like forever after travelling all day.
