When we arrived around 10 pm to check in we were placed in a room that had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade, trash was in the room, dirty laundry in the bathroom. We had a toddler and a baby with us so it was frustrating. The front desk was apologetic and immediately gave us a new room so it was fine. He did state that the housekeeper that worked on that floor was not great. Obviously I didn’t want another room on the 3rd floor then. This was just something I’ve never experienced before. Made it worse with two little kids after a long ride. Once placed in a clean room the stay was overall good!

Don’t plan on parking here. For $18 a night you can’t find a spot and still have to pay to park up the block. They share parking with the Children’s Museum so there is absolutely no room. Better off paying $11 up the street and it’s only $11 each time you leave. The pool is so so. Very small for the size of the hotel. Cleanliness seemed alright but my toddlers feet were filthy after walking barefoot in the room only. I think next time I will try somewhere else but if it’s all that’s available I will stay again. The easy walk to everything is very nice!

The beds were really soft, so we slept well. The room was clean. A few maintenance things, but nothing major. Staff was helpful with questions. The pool was really warm, do it felt good to swim in, and not too deep so having children in there was alright.

Hotel was right in the middle of downtown! Everything was in walking distance! Aquarium was 2 blocks over with plenty of restaurants surrounding the place. Very child friendly!!

Property doesn’t have a dedicated parking lot. It shares with a kids discovery museum and the lot is always full. Valet was full or not available. They charge you $18 and then they send you down the street to drag your luggage down the street. I will not battle the parking at the place again. We had no hot water in our shower either - room 514. There are too many other choices in the area to stay here and battle the parking and the hot water.

We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations. We specifically booked a hotel with an indoor pool so our kids could swim. Other than that, the staff and room was nice.
