We canceled due to a death in the family.

Pretty mixed on feelings after staying two nights here. Check in was convenient. Room placement was not impressive with kids. Walls are thin & unfortunately you can definitely hear noises from other rooms. Breakfast was definitely pretty non existent. Asking for an extra pillow was also not a possibility. Went to check out this morning with no real help. Waited around. Nothing. Called the number on the service phone up front. Nothing. Ended up leaving my door cards with our room number & hoped for the best. It's a clean facility. They keep up on it well. However certain flaws. Especially folks smoking by the side door.
