I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, the bartender, the amenities, the room, everything was top notch. You can’t beat the location and the kids absolutely loved the pool. We will most definitely stay here again.

We had a little family get away and we really enjoyed our stay! Marist things we planned to do were in walking distance. The staff were super friendly, clean rooms, great pool, and breakfast was yum!! My daughter even left her iPad and make up bag and they called us very quickly to come back and get it!!!

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was awesome!! It was very clean, perfect area, and it was fun to see all the dogs and kiddos having fun in the hotel as well! I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet was basic but fine; a type of sausage and form of scrambled eggs, pastries, bagels, little cereal boxes, fruit, waffle makers, juices, it was good. Our kid liked the heated indoor/outdoor pool. Helpful front desk staff. Good location.

Super convenient location. Great for kids. Across the street from the children’s museum and quick walk to the aquarium. Friendly staff. Clean. One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Chilis and five guys close, among other restaurants. 10/10

Great clean and renovated. Would stay again. This is a more kid friendly hotel so kids were running in the halls. Does have wood floors so it feels cleaner. The room was a little dark. The beds were comfortably and the pillows were nice.

I really liked my stay here. Everyone was nice and the hotel seemed very clean. The breakfast was really good and the Tennessee aquarium is within walking distance. There’s also a children’s museum right next to the hotel. I do recommend this hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to pay 18$ for parking per night which I feel should be included with the stay.

The lady who helped me at the front desk check in was very nice and accommodating. Love how big the rooms are. If you are traveling with kids/family, this is a great hotel. The pool is very nice, and heated! The room is comfortable.

A very clean hotel with a great pool. We loved our suite and the front desk helped us whenever we needed. A great breakfast, but couldn't find the laundry service they supposedly had. A surprise parking fee was disappointing. A nice area, from what I could tell. Even downtown, it felt safe and there were plenty of families here. Would stay again. Just factor in the additional cost to park, I believe it was $40/ night.
