When we arrived, we were told the pool was not operational! There was no breakfast available when we woke the next morning! Apparently their breakfast they advertise is not included and is Starbucks you pay for that is very limited on what they carry! Beds are okay! Rooms are clean enough! Overall will not stay here again especially with kids!

NO breakfast as advertised. No hot water in any of the 3 rooms we had as a family. Not even a single vending machine to get water or drinks. No balcony as advertised. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointing, don’t waste your money. Any other hotel would be better.

Too long a story…children running up and down halls all night… Coffee should be available earlier in morning as people stay for convenience to early flights
