I went with my daughter to a dance competition, it was great, the pool area/room was really hot but the water was cold, and the floor slippery, be careful with your kids.

Great Room , wonderful service . Beautiful weather for an outdoor wedding for the children of dear friends !! Perfect weekend !!

Great area, clean, and updated. Also, close to the carnical port. Slept whole family comfortably.

This property booked lots of young kids for a cheer event and shut down the pool for the weekend. We and friends of ours specifically booked here for this reason.

From the time I checked in till the time I checked out my expectations were exceeded. Jen checked us in. She was efficient and fast and gave us all details that we needed. We utilized the pool for a couple hours in which my children were extremely happy about. After the pool we came over to the bar area where Jen was working. I can't say enough about her hospitality and kindness to me and my daughters. When the front desk died down a little, Lizzie came over and My toddler was smitten by her. After a little while my daughters and I went up to our room. We loved the option to rotate the TV to either side of the room. I also believe having the options to use the different ports for the TV on the wall was great. Although we didn't use it, Knowing the option is there was nice. In the morning we came down for breakfast. There was many options. The scrambled eggs and frosted flakes were a hit. We will definitely be back.

Loved staying here last week. Great hotel, centrally located, very comfortable. I'd stay here for the staff alone. Miss Jen and Mr AJ at the front desk were always accommodating and warmly welcoming. Miss Betty in housekeeping always stopped to make my son smile. My grandparents just adored talking with Miss Winnie every morning at breakfast. The hospitality here is unrivaled. Not just from those mentioned but all staff we encountered. Ive worked at hotels, restaurants, and nightclubs in Hawaii for years, these people here are some of the best. Thank you all for making our family vacation one we will always remember!

Asked for an extra blanket for my kid… told me they would get one the next day.

The hotel was near the airport, Tanger Mall and lots of eating establishments. It was extremely clean and everything was new. The staff were friendly. It had an excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful stay visiting family in the area.

Great place to stay. Spacious and clean. Pool was great for the kids. Would stay here again.

Hotel was very nice, room was appropriate for our family outing. Breakfast was exceptional. If you need to be close to the airport, I highly recommend this hotel. About a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Charleston depending on Traffic.
