The Westin Poinsett Greenville

My husband and I took our two kids that were 3 and 4 for Labor Day weekend. Everyone there was accommodating and friendly.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect stay for our family. Centrally-located hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. Will return!

Was so excited to stay here as me and my family love historic buildings and we love Downtown Greenville. Our check in process was smooth and hassle free. Hotel is absolutely beautiful!! However, right around 3AM we started to hear banging on a door a few rooms down from us, (We were on the 8th floor). It appears there was a fight between a couple and someone was locked out of the room and had called the police and ambulance showed up. Extremely loud with yelling and banging around. Very inconsiderate. We had no idea what was going on it felt very shady. We were terrified to leave the room and police started yelling someones name to open the door with no response. It sounded like they had to take the door handle off. We did not sleep the rest of the night and did not feel safe at all. Not sure if we will be returning here.
