The hotel location is great in the downtown. Very quite. We used the valet service staff were friendly and car was brought to us very fast. Front desk staff were helpful for any of our questions. Note - if you have very young children there are no rooms with bathtubs, only showers. Which made a bit of an ordeal taking a shower with an 8 month old.

The pool area was nice. The pool is small so not really for families/children but perfect for my purposes!

Excellent hotel, clean, well managed and family friendly. Location is great close to restaurants and short walk to green space for the kids to run around. Great value for money.

Everything was great! Super quiet & our room was set up perfectly for our family of 4! Quick walk to a super cute downtown area where we spent a lot of our time. And 4 blocks from the waterfall that was breathtaking (even in the rain)!

This was our second stay here. This is a great, clean and modern property, with spacious rooms and bathrooms perfect for a family. Very nice lobby and common space outside with fire pits. Pool is sort of small but the water was a good temperature. It can be a challenge to find a place to sit if crowded. Staff is friendly and very responsive during the hectic breakfast rush.
My only comment, and this applies to most hotels these days, is the lack of clarity regarding whether the room would be cleaned. A lot of properties tell you at check in that you need to ask for it and that wasn’t the case here. I thought the room might be cleaned and it wasn’t.

This hotel had a great location, was relatively clean and had an extensive breakfast offering. Things like the toiletries in the room, quality of towels, etc were more budget friendly, which is in line with the price. The biggest drawback for us was this is a VERY family friendly hotel and if you are going on a child-free vacation I would not recommend this hotel. This was exasperated by thin walls and slow elevators. For this reason I probably would not return as it was not a relaxing vibe overall with so many kids.

My spouse and I needed a night away from the kids. We had a king suite amd could not have asked for a better room. It was quiet, spacious, smelt good, and was very clean. The hot breakfast, whice was included in our stay, was delicious and had lots of options.

The hotel was beautiful and modern for the most part. The location was amazing. I made frequent trips downtown, and I even walked to the zoo (maybe 15 mins). My biggest issue was with the airport shuttle. I called days prior to my arrival to make arrangements to be picked up. I gave my arrival time, and my flight #. Here I am, being up since 3:30am, finally in Greenville, and no shuttle in sight. I called, and was told the driver was running late. He’ll be here in 15-20 minutes. Now 30 minutes later, I called again, and was told the driver forgot something, the driver just left, the driver is in traffic. You get the idea. Multiple random lies. So again I waited some more. Now 50 minutes later, I called again, and the young lady told me that they don’t know what happened to the driver, and that they’re sending the manager to come and get me. He’ll be there in about 10-15 minutes. I kid you not, in about 2 minutes, up pulls the shuttle with manager in tow. I was so excited. Finally! No apologies for the wait, no real explanation for what happened to the first shuttle. I was just told that we’ll leave in a few minutes b/c a flight crew was coming in. And in less than 5 minutes, the flight crew got on the shuttle. So was he really there to pick me up OR did I just get lucky that the flight crew came in at a time I was still waiting there? Moral of the story, if you’re not a part of the flight crew, and you’re a solo traveler like myself, you might be forgotten or left standing.
