We were traveling with the family pet and they allowed dogs and we're extremely friendly

The location is excellent and the suite we stayed in had a good floorplan. Here are the things that did not meet my expectations: the sofa bed was of poor quality and hardly suitable to sleep in. There was no extra blankets and covers for the children who slept in the sofa bed. The pillows in the King bed were of three different sizes and only one of those was comfortable. When I tried to reach the receptionist, nobody answered.

The parking garage was hard to find. Our carpet in the room from where transition from tile to carpet was coming undone. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last leg. The filters to the air conditioner unit were dirty. The breakfast had no sodas just juice water and coffee. No type of breakfast bacon or sausage just gravy hard cold biscuits and eggs with chives on them. Really the only thing that the kids would eat was waffles. I thought we would have a really great view but the view sucked. I would not give this hotel a 9 out of 10. More like 4 out of 10. I thought I was going to have to pay $25 a day for valet parking since the parking deck was full. But was told that it was not full. But it was $7 everytime you go in and out. I thought there was a restaurant on site but no it was next door. The only positive thing was the valet so I was having an issue packing my car and he helped me. And the elevator was still broke only had on working elevator.

I felt discrinated aganist from the first time I stepped in. I had already checked in on my phone, but was unsure of the parking situation so I ran in just to ask. The front desk lady was very rude, made me show my id... even though I had already checked in. Had the room key and everything. the gentlemen in front of me did not show his id just me. he was a hilton honors member.. as am I. He was offered snacks and drinks. I had to ask for a drink and she didnt even ask if I wanted a snack.... The room smelled sour and was dirty!!! We have a toddler so we didnt complain because it was nap time. Parking is a nightmare. You have to pay EVERYTIME you leave the parking garage. We came back one evening to the lot being full and had to ride around about 15 minutes until we found something. Breakfast was a waste of even coming down. With only a few spots to sit at its useless to even come down. Stale toast. powered eggs. Gross is all I can say. The lobby smelled like wet cigarettes. You have to go up two different elevators to get to the rooms. Terrible. Wish I could get my money back because we did not have a good stay.

We loved how it was right on the river walk and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. It is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city! Breakfast was very good. My family loved the scrambled eggs! Highly recommend.

Two wonderful nights with full views of all the surroundings! Loved the warm atmosphere and very patient staff. Enjoyed the " community" of the area. Loved the walking areas and the park! Nice to see the children playing in the waterfall.

Our experience was very good. We found good restaurants just walking distance of the hotel. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed here for a long weekend. We believe that the value could not possibly get any better. My husband, young child and I were here for 2 days and 2 nights. The staff accomodated us very graciously. The breakfast was very good, with great options. Our room was so clean and had every amenity we could ask for...I think the best part is the location, the bells that play every hour during the day, and the waterfalls. We will come back

Recently stayed here with my family. Great location across the street from Reedy Falls Park. We were able to enjoy the park, walk to restaurants and attractions, rent bikes and bike in the Rabbit Swamp Trail and had a great time without moving our car. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
