The hotel was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not have any soap in the room, it was supplied immediately. I would suggest a microwave either in some rooms or accessible for sterilizing baby bottles. A later check out time than noon would be help especially if doing brunch that stays at 11:30. Overall definitely a nice stay.

The hotel was nice, a lot of walking traffic in from the street almost not enough seating areas for a big crowd. It was clean, the beds, pillows, sheets and blankets were just OK. I was hoping they would be more plush and comfortable. The mattresses were firm. The pillows were average. The walls are very thin. We had a family with a baby next to us who cried all night, and we could hear them very clearly all night. Our view was pretty, nice big windows. Restaurant is pretty and good food. Lobby feels commercial, I was hoping for a more cozy feel.

Stayed 2 nights, two different rooms. Overall our experience was very good. However, it was Thanksgiving weekend/holiday time and there was a cute little Christmas Market right outside the hotel lobby that draws visitor and residents from around the region. Nothing wrong with that…but the Bohemian lobby was packed with non-guests/families the entire time we were there and people taking photos of the beautiful lobby and views and just hnging out in the warm lobby. It felt like overcrowded Disney World in there during most of the morning through the evenings. So none of the public spaces you would normally want to hang out in, were relaxing. See: crowded Disney World My understanding is that visitors hanging out (non paying guests) is normal for this hotel, but maybe not as many as we experienced during this Thanksgiving/Holiday weekend Not sure what else the hotel could do about this; just felt it was worth mentioning if you are looking for a calm, relaxing stay and chilling in the public spaces of the hotel. I do recommend a stay here, but maybe during a quieter weekend.
