Guests above had kids that were disruptive. Notified hotel receptionist who mentioned I could be moved after 12 pm. As luck would have it, guests checked out of the hotel prior to. Additionally, coffee cups in the room had coffee stains/residue. I could only assume they were mechanical washed. There was also remnants of hair left behind throughout the room. Hotels stays such as this makes one question if the entire bed coverings were changed or just the sheets.

Just came for a quick weekend. The property is very clean and well maintained. We liked that it was right downtown within very easy walking distance of the shops and restaraunts on main street. Much, much cheaper than other downtown hotels. There's also a parking garage right across the street that's only 7$ a day. The rooms must be very well insulated. When we walked out of our room into the hallway, there was a crying baby in the room next to ours. We didn't hear a peep. Well done Hyatt! We will be back to Greenville and will stay here again.

My family and I came for a day, just to get away for a night and hangout since we don’t get the chance to much. The staff was EXTREMELY nice! Both the front desk and the valet outside! Very warm, welcoming staff all around. The best staff I’ve encountered in a hotel in a while! The room was spacious and the beds were more comfortable than the beds in my house. The A/C was working well and made us very comfortable in this heat. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on making it the sole hotel I visit when in Greenville. Great location as well!

Buyers should beware that there are 2 Hyatts with almost similar names just blocks apart. Our family went to the wrong one late in the day! We decided just to stay since we were already parked and luggage taken. We lost $186 on the other Hyatt since they would not allow us to cancel or change the reservation. This should have been better noted on the ads.

My experience was ok. I had a very noisy person beside me in the next room. When I complained about it to the front desk they did not try to remedy the situation. My family and I did not sleep well. I believe they were having a bachelorette party.🙄
