Hotel was nice, but very dated. There’s bin no changes in a while. But nothing was broken or out of order. But my family enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great!! My grandkids had a wonderful time!

My family and myself are traveling for our favorite bands and have been anticipating this weekend for a couple months our stay at the embassy was amazing and much needed. Thanks for making this weekend amazing!

Overall stay was great. I did a spur of the moment trip with my son and nephew from Georgia. They really enjoyed themselves, with the pool being the highlight of their trip. The pool was clean with plenty of towels. We did experience a little chaos with it being so kany kids in the pool are withOUT parents. At one point i was the only adult in the pool area, het there were 20+ kids in the pool. The sign displays that anyone younger than 16 should be accompanied by an adult, however that sign was not adhered to since the children were under 13. We have a small issue with the room when we initially arrived. Upon entry into the room I turned on the AC because it was very warm. I took the boys down to the pool and came back up 90 minutes later. The room was still warm. The front desk sent maintenance to the room where we were informed that it was "Heat Only" room. Never heard of that before. However, I was quickly moved to another room on the same floor. The AC WORKED! Sal, with maintenance was very informative and even checked the new room to ensure everything was operable. I would be remiss if I failed to mention the amazing breakfast buffet. I travel often both personally and professionally. I must say that their "free" breakfasr buffet was the best I've had in a very long time.

The room next to ours on the premium floor had kids left alone in the room and they were going in and out slamming doors and banging on walls and yelling from midnight to 2 am.

Every time we are in Greenville, we stay at this Embassy Suites. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of cozy or business seating areas in the gorgeous lobby. The restaurant and bar are fully staffed and food delicious! And the guest rooms are HUGE! Living area with sofa, table and TV. Coffee area with pot, microwave & mini fridge. And the bedroom is separate, which is great for families. All the guest rooms face the spectacular lobby. Absolutely a first class hotel and the staff is super friendly and helpful. During checkin, a lovely lady (I think her name was Sandy) gave me a bag with 2 waters, 2 Twix bars, and 2 extra coffees. Her kindness and helpfulness was greatly, greatly appreciated to this worn out traveler!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and inviting. The breakfast service was wonderful and the complimentary evening drinks were unexpected and a great treat! Our children loved being able to utilize the indoor pool, even though it was a little more cold than expected. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits!

This is our new place to stay when we visit our son in Greenville with family !!! Wonderful breakfast friendly staff !!

This hotel is old and need of upgraded improvements. The rooms still have the same decor of 25 years ago. This was an extremely noisy hotel staff was not controlling the numerous kids and loud people after midnight. WeThis hotel is old and need of upgraded improvements.
