Best Western Plus Greenville I-385 Inn & Suites

I travel a lot and I’m always in need of a good hotel stay. This stay was for one night and a day after we had gotten hit by hurricane helene. A lot of families were staying at the hotel just because they lost power, others for leisure and/or work. Despite the reason of the stay, the staff was accommodating to all and very diligent to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great. The customer service was amazing. Front desk worker, Jane, was a sweetheart. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was super comfy with clean rooms excellent a/c and offered breakfast. It was part of a family business trip and offered just what we were looking for. Would return for a family fun trip Greenville and stay again.

Manager was very nice and made me fell like I was family.

Really recommend the 1 bedroom option if traveling with kids. Includes 2 bathrooms and a sliding door to separate the rooms for privacy.

We have stayed in this hotel 11 nights in 2023 due to deaths in our family. It was the perfect stay due to being a two room suite with two bathrooms for having family gather. We book the same style room for this stay. We were put in a smaller two room suite with only one small bathroom. Issues: the room door wouldn’t lock, had to physically lift the door to make it catch; 2 large spots of black mold over shower (see pic); loose panel holding the bathroom sink, had to lift it up and up it back on (I’m 76); sink faucet very loose, hard to operate; hand held shower broken; two bedroom suite with only one AC unit-froze in the living area in order to cool the bedroom, didn’t work. We addressed all these issues to the front desk who stated we would receive a call from the manager. We did not. As convenient as this hotel is for visits to our home town and as satisfied as we were in the past, we will NEVER book this hotel again.

My family and I all agree that the Best Western Plus hotel was one of the best. Great Desk service, cleaning, and breakfast was the best. We will surely schedule another trip in the near future.

I usually don't leave bad comments but I was really not happy when I got into the room.. I stayed at BW before a couple of times and I had a pleasant stay but this particular location is really a 2 star and below.. entrance is not welcoming, its smelly, so is elevators.. Room was very smelly and not nice - very tight and doesn't have a clean feel and outdated.. Sheets were stained (requested new ones) and under sheet mattress had different things - hopefully nothing concerning. my family and I couldn't wait to wake up and get out of there to a different hotel. Breakfast was very crowded and people are not the kind people (not sure if that's BW customers) but I didn't like it and will NOT stay at this location again especially for 220/night (all other hotels were booked)

We were impressed with the friendly, accommodating staff. Our room was very clean. The location is close to downtown Greeneville and the Mall is a mile away. We would definitely stay there again and are recommending friends and family to stay there also.

Clean, coffee all hours, and friendly workers at desk. Ive stayed here multiple times and arrived early so was hoping to check in early at 130 but couldn't which is fine. However when I came back at 3 the room wasn't ready and we had to wait more than an hour and it was after 4pm before we could get into our room. Usually no big deal but a huge inconvenience when you drive 12 hours with kids and after eating and killing as much time as we could we had to wait over another hour in the lobby.

+ Staff was friendly. Main bed was comfortable. We had the 1 bedroom and had plenty of room. My 13 uear old liked that he had his own "privacy." Major spots (bed, bathroom, ect) was clean. Convient location. - Let out bed sqeaked and not comfortable. An open beer was left in the fridge and a pill was in the couch cushion. (Thankfully we didnt have any young kids with us that found them- my 13 year old did find the pill.) There was no blanket for the couch bed (even though we listed a 13 yr old on the reservation.) Several spots around the room were not clean. (Beside the fridge, the corner were the bedroom door was, around the end table.)
