The tub was not clean. It was a dirt ring around tub. And hair in tub. I had to clean tub. Hair on the towels. And when my child was running around with no socks my child hair and dirt on the bottom of her feet

Our check in experience was wonderful. There were plenty of bellhop carts available to take all of our belongings to our room. The front desk receptionist was friendly and kind and had our keys ready to go. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The elevators were fast and the hotel was clean. My kids loved the little pool too!

The hotel was overall clean other than a hair noted on the shampoo bottle and it did not seem as though the floors had been vacuumed or cleaned. It was very noise with the guest next door to our room fighting and throwing stuff all night. We did not sleep at all and left as soon as we could. It was scary and felt unsafe. Our small children also did not sleep and were very scared! I do not think we will stay there again if they tolerate guest of that caliber.
