It was a great stay for us to have our little family vacation together and the kids could enjoy the insir heated pool. The rooms made u feel like u was at home.

The signage into the property is not useful, and the property is only accessible from one side of the road. When we went out for dinner, we had to drive past the hotel, cross over the highway, make a u-turn and come back. It's VERY unsafe for guests. Otherwise, the room accommodation were comfortable, internet great, loved the sofa and moveable computer table. I slept like a baby. In addition, I used the fitness center, which had everything I needed including clean, filtered water. Breakfast was delicious and the tables were set so nicely with real cups and silverware and flowers. The staff was well trained and happy to be there. I give the hotel and staff a 5-star rating and would stay there again. Please fix the road and signage so someone doesnt get hurt.

I reserved 2 rooms. My daughter arrived first and they wanted her cc for an "incidental fee". After trying to run 5 of her CC's, and talking to a Citibank employee that told the deskclerk they could see where the hotel charged then immediately reversed the charge 3 times, he still made her give him $50 in cash. Then when I and the rest of my family arrived, they had given our room to someone else and we had to wait for them to find us another one on a different floor. When we checked out, the deskclerk couldn't find any record of the $50 cash that was supposed to be reimbursed to my daughter. She did get her money back and the hotel was clean and comfortable but our check in experience left a bad taste.
