Drove down to Greenville to visit family with wife and kids and when we arrived the front desk was immediately helpful , checked us rite in with no hesitation . The room was comfortable for a family of six and in a great location with many shopping centers around.

What impressed us most was the lovely ladies working the breakfast. The kindest, friendliest, most helpful, genuine ladies. They made me feel like family! The breakfast was outstanding too--be sure to grab a warm cinnomon roll!

The front staff was very friendly. The room was nice as well and my family and I enjoyed our stay. Lots of restaurant choices to select from within the area as well.

I was visiting family in Greenville South Carolina I decided to stay at this holiday inn first of all front Desk excellent service the pool was awesome for the kids the beds were so comfortable the room Very clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious I never felt so welcome the breakfast attendants were so kind I really can’t wait to go back to visit Greenville North Carolina so I can stay at this hotel again thank you so much

My room was dirty still showing childrens dirty hand prints all over the mirror hanging behind the door. Something splashed all over the back of the bathroom door and the room smelt as if someone smoked in it before. We were on the first floor so you could hear everything along with early in the morning you could smell the continental breakfast being cooked. The pool towels were all piled up and no available clean one so we had to use our room towels in which one of them had a dark brown stain on. The staff was super friendly though

Our stay here was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Facilities were clean, I felt safe coming and going with my kids, the staff was professional and kind, but even better was the breakfast. The cleanliness, the options, everything was amazing and the staff were incredible. I felt like I had a team of grandmas giving me extra hands with my little ones. They were an absolute joy.

Positives - Great staff that's very responsive, comfy bed and pillows, spacious room, and many different restaurants and shops around Negatives - Found 2 pubic hairs sitting on the toilet seat when we walked in, batteries in the remote were corroded and we had to get a new one, shower had mildew in different spots, and we didn't sleep well because there were kids running down the hallway in the middle of the night at all hours, and room service kept trying to get into our room at 8:30 in the morning but we had the dead bolt on. Not sure why they were so insistent on getting in when checkout isn't until 11 AM.

Just spent one quick night while traveling. Lobby and room were clean and modern, beds were comfortable. The ladies who are in charge of breakfast are DELIGHTFUL…give them a raise! :) Our only complaint is that check in at 9:30pm was a little odd. There was a woman walking in and out of the lobby with a child’s blanket over her head looking upset. It was really disconcerting. Then she went behind the front desk looking for the manager and I realized she must be staff? I don’t know…it just made us uncomfortable!
