The front desk staff was very friendly during check in. The breakfast was very good with many choices and the staff that was taking care of breakfast area, making sure everything was full and clean. My ONLY complaint was how filthy the carpet was in the hallway on the second floor. Our room was very clean though. We will stay again when I visit my family in Chesnee.

Toilet handle was falling off. Floors were dirty. Bathroom floor was sticky. All pillows were hard. Quit a difference from lwhen we last visited. I have family in area and come on different occasions

Unfortunately this was perhaps the worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. Normally I can count on a Hampton Inn to be clean and feel safe. Parking was poorly lit and far from the door. A family was camped out staying in their car with their children running the parking lot at 11pm. Overwhelming smell of cleaner at check in. Trash in the hallway in bags on the floor were there when I arrived and still there when I left. The smell in the morning from it was disgusting. The only positives were that my room was clean and the two employees I encountered were pleasant.
