Holiday Inn Express Richburg, an IHG Hotel

My family and I stay here when we are traveling to Orlando, and we've done that three times. It's nice, clean, and staff are great. I just wish there were more places to eat around the hotel.

Great stop for any family. Quick exit off the highway. Decent breakfast

The rooms and hotel as a whole are beautiful and in pristine condition. Our king room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with many options and the staff was friendly. Only complaint was that the pool was down - they said until early July - which bummed our kids for sure. If the pool was working, it would definitely be a 10/10 in my book!

We enjoyed staying here as we visit our grandchildren in the area. The breakfast has better options that other hotels with a hot breakfast. The only negative was the pancake machine was down and they ran out of the pancake sausage on a stick that my grandson loves.

Young lady at the front desk for check-in was awesome. Room could’ve been a bit cleaner. There was woman’s hair in the shower, counter tops in room were dirty and the tv was dirty (like a kid touched it with dirty hands and it was never cleaned).

The staff was very friendly, but the pet policy was absurd. I arrived, after a 12 hour trip, and just needed to rest and get back on the road. I was told I could only have 1 pet per room under 20lbs. What family of 4, who is moving across the country, only has 1 pet??? They decided to allow me 1 extra pet as long as I paid an extra pet fee. We literally arrived, went to bed, ate breakfast and left. I hope that extra pet fee came in handy to clean up nothing! My pets are ALWAYS contained. It's pretty irritating considering that the room wasn't clean when we arrived. There was toothpaste on the bathroom wall, what appeared to be kids face and hand prints all over our windows, and dirt & hair in the corners of our bathroom floor. Don't even ask me what was smeared on the front of our toilet pedastal. Whatever it was, it was disgusting.
