Tru by Hilton Rock Hill

Everything about my stay was great! From checking in to checking out. The room was clean and relaxing. The location of the hotel was perfect for traveling to and from sporting events with the kids. If you weren’t ask my kids what was their favorite part I guarantee you they would say the breakfast bar, we will definitely be rebooking whenever we’re In Rockhill.

My family and I love staying at Tru hotels!!! Never had a bad experience.

Everyone at Tru was outstanding EXCEPT for the receptionist who checked me in. I use a walker (am legitimately handicapped). I asked for help with my 1 piece of luggage and she said there was no one to help, that she was there alone. After simply remaining silent, I guess she realized I wasn't kidding ( my walker should have been a clue). She found someone who was more than happy to help but ONLY after assigning me the top floor, furthest from the elevator room! Room 431 in case anyone is interested. I guess she needed all her time, energy and good will to put together little Easter gift bags of 2 bottles of water and some popcorn. There were at least 20 still there in the morning.

My family loved the family room feel of the lobby complete with board games and a pool table.

I had two rooms reserved the night of 9/5 . I arrived at 330 am on 9/6 . The door to this hotel was locked. I pressed the intercom button as instructed on the sign, called the listed phone number and pounded on the door and no response. My family and i ended up sleeping in our vehicles. Around 8 am on 9/6 i called and spoke to the office. They apologized and said i would not be charged and a manager would contact me. No manager has called.

When I first walked in there was no one at the front desk. After a few minutes a very friendly young lady out. She was so polite that I forgot I was waiting for a few minutes. Livy was very nice had a pool table and games for families. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great location by gas, food and highways. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was super nice for my family of three! Staff was extremely friendly! The beds were comfy, shower had great pressure, and the free grab and go breakfast had a ton of options. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in town. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at for the price we paid!

Excellent property and close to various amenities in the area. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of items. My family really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Good value. There was always a great atmosphere in the lobby ... they actually encouraged patrons to linger in the lobby and have fun shooting pool or playing one of the available games. Apparently, there was a soccer tournament nearby during our stay so there were many young kids playing games in the lobby. The staff gently kept the kids under control, (as the parents were more interested in hanging out with each other.) So that was a challenging situation but the staff managed to keep all the guests happy. Kudos to them!
