Doesn’t allow locals…. Like seriously during a natural disaster and you kick people out because they are local? We’ve been without power for three days with multi medical family members and they kicked us out today. What a dumb policy. This company will be blasted for being so greedy and ignorant. We will tell friends not to go there.

Great location and options for eating or shopping all around. Room smelled musty. Found one dead cockroach under pull out sofa. Hallways were hot and musty. Typically stay at hotels within the Marriott family, but they were all booked, probably would not stay at this location again.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel while visiting family and attending a wedding. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was very clean. The only thing I can suggest for this hotel is a larger dining area. When we went down for breakfast one morning, there were probably around 6 families eating, and no available tables. I wish they would expand their dining tables a little further into the lobby so there was more room for people who wanted to eat, not just those who wanted to lounge in armchairs. I really enjoyed our stay and am very glad we chose this hotel.

Checkin was good. Room was enormous and clean. However.... a double queen was booked but I was given a two double beds. Also, heater did not work on a cold night. Reception was called and told me it would take 10 minutes to warm up - it did not. Rate was very good for this property. Breakfast above average. I would stay again, but check the room before taking family inside.

Got bit 7 times at 2 in morning had to pack and move two kids at 3 in the morning. Told manager and she still hasn’t called me back. Never said sorry and what could we do to make it right. Manage Victoria is a joke.

The hotel overall was nice. There were ball tournaments in the area and there were teenage boys, which was fine as we were there for a softball tournament. The only problem was that the kids were banging and running all over the floors all night and knocking down all the exit signs. I took pictures of some of them and informed the front desk.

I went for a weekend stay for a family reunion. The hotel was every nice for the price we paid and it fit 7 people comfortably. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping center so there is plenty to do, however this is the south so everything closes early.

Arrived late at night with 3 sleeping kids. Great hotel. Safe location. The room was clean. Very nice front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning was a great bonus
