Top notch service by the staff. We have gone two years in a row for our winter family trip and have enjoyed it both times. The best thing about the hotel is their staff and the level of service.

Our family loved everything about our stay here. Their tranquility pool is incredible. They have a shuttle service that can take you to the beach, shops, restaurants, or basically anywhere inside of Sea Pines. The shuttle was free. They provide complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. Bikes are complimentary too. Their staff is 10,000 stars!

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing, 4 night babymoon and loved everything about the Inn. Service was impeccable (including the lovely little gift bag with a onesie for our baby), from the concierge to the shuttle driver. We visited in mid March so some warm weather services were limited, but we still enjoyed the pool and beach even without attendants providing beverage and food service. We'd gladly stay again.
