The staff was exceptional. Everyone acknowledged when you passed by. Our room was a surprise for being roomy. We had 6 adults and we were not stepping over each other. I was pleasantly surprise. The coffee was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The only “iffy” was the breakfast. It was ok. Premade sandwiches were just ok. My adult kids who are experienced at making waffles in hotels said they were not good.

I think the service was great! In a nice and quiet location! Great for family gathering. Room was clean and cozy.

Where do I begin. From the very beginning at the check-in Michelle and Rachel were super helpful and friendly. They even made sure they refilled the Apple bowl as my hungry kids came in the door. We are visiting friends and had a gift that needed a screwdriver and some batteries to activate. Connell and another gentleman from maintenance (who are in the middle of doing something else), stopped and helped us open the back of the toy and get fresh batteries in there. The room itself was spacious for my family of five. And it was clean and comfortable. I didn’t get to try the breakfast bar because we slept in, but everything look nice and organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel but the main reason is the people. Michelle Rachel and Connell were first class
