Beach House Resort Hilton Head

I appreciate the front desk agents they were very welcoming and very helpful! They switched us to a different room which was more comfortable and spacious”2 queen beds deluxe suite junior” was a plus to our family. The staff were also amazing! I will definitely recommend the beach house resort and we will definitely come back. Thank you guys!

For the price rooms can be nicer but otherwise an excellent experience. The staff is excellent. The Tiki bar and music a plus. It's right at the beach. I would stay again without reservations. It is excellent for couples or families a with kids.

I take my kids on an annual trip to HHI and have been intentional about trying out different properties. The location for this hotel is incredible. So much to do within walking distance! The staff were friendly and helpful but there were some major downsides: 1. Very limited parking 2. No washer or dryer on site. 3. Walls are VERY thin so you can hear the music and feel the bass from the tiki hut while in your room 4. Not the fault of the hotel but the construction noise was rough. 5. Our room was next to the ice machine and we could hear it being used until 1 or 2 am.

It was unfortunate that the construction limited the experience. The beds were not that comfy, kind of lumpy. Hopefully after the construction is finished it will be a 5 star review. The room with the bunk-beds was a nice touch, good for families.

The room was very outdated carpet was filthy and had rips in it. They charge you 80$ a day for convenience of pool and tiki bar but fail to tell you this along with about 7$ more for fees to feed the community and resort fees. The restaurant was way over priced at 15$ for 6 grilled shrimp and 12$ for a turkey sandwich with one very small price of meat. The front desk was very rude. Due to construction you had to go around the building to get to the beach. I was traveling with my two and one year old grand babies and were woke up to a fire alarm at 4 am where we had to evacuate for almost an hour until we could return to room. Then at around 7 am the fire alarm went off again and did not stop. So we left early. This hotel is Way over priced and not worth the money at all! Best experience was the beach even though it was to cold to get in. And the bartender and host in the restaurant were very nice and informative on the hotel and area. Will NEVER stay here again 400$ for two horrible nights

We had a good stay here. The room was nice and clean. We got a family suite and my kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We were on the ground floor and it was so nice to walk out of our room and right to the pool. There is a bar by the pool but we never received actual pool service. That would’ve been awesome! The poolside restaurant had really good food, as did the Tiki Hut. Parking was only stressful the first day bc of two weddings they were holding but was fine the rest of the time. Great location.

The staff are helpful and very pleasant. We found communication with the front desk for all our needs super easy. The hotel was older and smaller than expected. The pool area was not as impressive as the pictures, but we had an overall lovely time. You can not beat the location of this hotel for family fun. We walked to many fantastic shops and restaurants easily.

We LOVED our stay here. It’s perfect for families. Lots of options for food and yummy frozen drinks. Live music every night at the tiki hut next to the pool. Right on the beach. Walking distance to coligny plaza. The only things I would change: the pool is mostly “deep end” so in the small shallow areas you are overrun with small children. You can tell they are still working on updates. The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t totally close. Otherwise it was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Simply outstanding. Stayed a week with my family in July 2023. Hotel is clean and comfortable with great pool facilities. This is not a luxury hotel but instead is all about location. Walk to the beach and all the shops in Coligny beach Park is easy. We will likely be back!
