Always a great stay when doing our annual family reunion in Newport! It’s clean and updated. We normally stay in luxury hotels but this is an exception bc of how well run the property is and they allow pets!

Excellent property for dog family. Rooms are lovely which is rare for pet friendly hotel.

Perfect location. Easy to get to. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice rooms and decor. A great heated pool. Breakfast staff was great. Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place for couples and families.

Comfortable stay, clean and well maintained. Indoor pool is great, staff was helpful. Great location. Enjoyed our stay with kids.

The property is very clean and the furniture is in very good shape. It has a small balcony or patio area. It has a swimming pool that is very functional: pool, hot bath, and Sanna room, and outside resting area. The front desk is also very accommodating to arrange me and my friend's family to be adjacent to each other.

The property is average. The pool was over chlorinated so we chose not to use it. Multiple vending machines were out of service and the breakfast was lackluster. We had issues with the cleanliness of the room and we are confident that they do not do a thorough cleaning as we found a vaping pen on the floor in our room in plain site which was turned into the front desk. Someone also went into our second room on this booking and took cash off the dresser before my parents departed. They had left this money as a tip but the do not disturb sign was on the door and their bags were still in the room. One of the cleaners helped themselves to the room despite the sign and took this money. These are major concerns and hopefully management reviews these issues with the staff because it is unacceptable. Do not leave any belongings of value in the rooms while you are out because they will help themselves. If my children has been with us and found that vape pen instead of myself this would have been worse. Please train your staff to clean the rooms and not enter rooms marked with “Do Not Disturb” to take money.

Room was nice, room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was very nice, and helpful. Breakfast was good. There were a fair amount of options. It was very crowded though on Sunday and tough get through the crowd. It was only a 10 or so minute drive to everywhere, but it is a little inconvenient to pack up a toddler and infant every time you wanted to go somewhere. I would definitely stay again for the price you really can’t beat it.

We always look for Continental breakfasts, free breakfast We arrived on Thursday and Friday morning. There was no fresh fruit. No fruit at all.. No pastries, a few tiny muffins and no meat with the eggs. Nothing... I choose your hotel because of the free breakfast included in the price which I think is a great deal. We had to go out for breakfast both days so I don't know where the great deal was Also, we enjoyed the pool in the hot tub and we knew there'd be families and children there. What we didn't know is there'd be no supervision and no staff checking and it was out of control and couldn't enjoy hot tub or the pool..

The staff was very friendly and wanting to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff kept it clean and full at all times. The pool was really nice, the hot tub was great and the sauna was appreciated. The room was clean and great for our family.
