TownePlace Suites Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Township

I believe her name was Deanna, afternoon shift at thr front desk, was wonderful. Quick, cordial and helpful. Room was great. Only negative was housekeeping opening the door at 1215 scaring my kids when we had secured a late check out for 1pm

We had a great time. the hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous and kind. The suite suited all 5 of us (2adults, 3 children). the hot tub was fantastic. We will be staying there again when the opportunity arises.

Located close to family in the area. Large rooms would be perfect for a long stay

My family has stayed at this hotel for the last couple years but this visit was not so great. The rooms were dirty, sticky floors, stains on the bed. My sons room had an envelope still shoved in the chair from previous guest. Hotel staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. To say the least I am very disappointed in the hotel. We will be looking for some where else to stay for our next visit.

The rooms were big and clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was okay, but the sausage was dry and rubbery. Some of the staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The one big complaint I have is that I had booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hor tub, as it is a very important feature for my husband and kids. There was no indication when booking that both would be closed for the weekend. I didn't find out until I arrived at the property. At that point I was not able to book another hotel room without forfeiting the full amount we had paid for the room. We were all very disappointed and it put a huge damper on our trip. It would have been nice if they had let me know ahead of time, or offered some kind of compensation, since I was paying a premium for the room.
