Hilton Garden Inn Pittsbugh Airport South-Robinson Mall

This is our preferred location when visiting family members or in Pittsburg for business. We love it here! Staff is quite accommodating, we feel safe, and we actually get the rest/sleep we need! Thank you!

Beautiful property. Very clean. When you walk through the front doors you can see and feel complete clean and welcoming comfort. The front desk attendant Jenny is absolutely delightful! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends when they visit Pittsburgh!!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The mattress was uncomfortable for a Hilton property which resulted in a poor nights rest. The complimentary water and cookies disappeared early in the evening after hotel kids with a hockey tournament cleaned it out. There was a lot of chaos in the hallways from the kids but the staff took care of the situation and gave us complimentary breakfast tickets because of the noise and elevator issues with kids jumping in and out. I would stay again if the bed was upgraded.

Check out went quickly and smoothly. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our 3 day stay. 3 of my sons and their families also had an excellent time. GREAT family time, convenient location and good price.

So my entire family stays here when we all come back to Pgh for any family functions. Usually the hotel is great and we are always pleased. This trip was different. The weather outside was actually cool but the hotel was freezing (could have saved cost by adjusting the air and also made guest gathering in the lobby area more comfortable). The check in staff and process was easy and friendly. -Great!- The man cooking breakfast as well as the bartender were less than friendly. Being in the service industry I understand the staffing issues right now however we the quests still pay the same (actually more per night) and the service we received was less than what I would expect from a Hilton establishment. Both staff I mentioned seemed less than happy to be at work and when we did have to interact with them they seemed bothered and slightly rude. Again rooms were ok and the desk staff was great- other than that and especially for the price I would consider changing hotels next time we visit.
