Comfort Suites

Fri t desk staff very unfriendly, when we Che in employee service couldn’t be bothered to even lift her head and make eye contact. Room very musty smelling, a/c was noisy. Description of breakfast didn’t match what was actually served, very little variety, not enough seating and no one around to replenish empty food bins. Lots of children left unattended very loud in hallways as well.

Very nice, quiet place for a short stay. Room neat and clean. Swimming pool for additional relax when traveling with kids.

Took 20 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the desk, just a sign reading 'I'm assisting another customer, be right back.' Meanwhile I can hear a woman talking on her phone in the room behind the desk, eventually I dropped my keys onto the desk to alert her of my presence, she poked her head out and said be right with you. Never saw her again. A different woman passed by and saw me standing there, told me "be there in a sec" and showed up a couple minutes later, checked me in, put the sign back up and disappeared. Dirty, outdated, one tiny elevator for the entire building, pool area was decent, but unkempt and clearly not a priority, housekeeping never showed up. I ALWAYS tip housekeeping, not this time. My family will never book this hotel again. 2/10. Don't bother.

The hotel was conveniently located to an event we were attending. Overall, the hotel and room were clean and we didn't experience any issues. We did pay more than I would expect to for this type of hotel due to Taylor Swift being in town and most hotels were sold out. The only minor complaint was that we could hear a lot of noise from other guests. We had a first floor room so we could hear the guests above us when they were walking and could hear babies/kids of adjacent rooms. We also had the room right next to a couple of outdoor tables and chairs where guests could sit and smoke so we could hear them talk outside our room. Fortunately, it wasn't overly loud or go on to all hours of the night.

The old adage holds true. You get what you pay for. Average place. Heater made squeaky noise all night that was annoying and room above made noise as though kids were playing football until 1 am. Best part about this place is it’s location to airport, price and affordable long term parking. Would’ve been great if heater didn’t squeak and courteous fellow stayers. Just ok.

We had a Family gathering the kids enjoyed the pool. They do close the pool for private parties usually three hours at a time. We received this information on check in and planned pool time around it. The breakfast areas is small but was never over crowded. The selections were limited and breakfast stops at 10am. There were many employees all working together.

Our room seemed decent enough at first. There were light bulbs out or missing which speaks to attention to detail of the staff but that was not a big deal. When we were getting ready for bed, a cockroach crawled out from under the sheets. While I was trying to find and kill it for proof I found a lot of food crumbs around the bed and under the couch. I didn't find the roach but found some other bug that was unidentifiable by the time I squashed it. We decided not to stay and ask for a refund. They did give us a refund without much hassle but I would not say they seemed upset or shocked by the ordeal. They called a hotel in the area under the same company but were not able to offer us a reduced rate or match the rate of their hotel. I doubt that would have been in their control. It was not convenient to find another hotel, pack up my family and move them to a different hotel. They said they would call an exterminator. We will not be staying here again.
