Homewood Suites Pittsburgh Airport

Our room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice. Pool hours were great. Open til 11pm. My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely stay again if we are in the area

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The girl who checked us in was super friendly and helpful ! The pool was warm and refreshing! The guests were also very kind ! A lot of kids played together in the pool! The rooms were very clean and were a great size and my name on the tv screen was a plus ;) I plan to stay here everytime I come to Town. Also super close to restaurants .. and secluded enough for quiet!

Everything was perfect besides the shower would not make warm water. It was scolding hot or frigid cold, no in between… fine for me, but not my toddler.

Moving out of town and chose to stay here with our 2 kids and dog the night before leaving. Spacious, clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Staff and bartender was very good, the room was smelly, the carpets were very stained and dirty. Dishes in the room were also dirty, even though I listed 2 adults and 2 children there was only two towels I had to go back to the front desk on both stays to ask for more towels, lack of attention to detail. The elevator had button issues there was a trick to to it, I got stuck on the second floor and had to walk down the stairs to get back to lobby, it felt very unsafe. Shout out to the staff but will not be staying or will not recommend. Door to pool was also broken.

Great hotel for our family! We had two young adult children with us, so having 3 beds was great. Nice to have a kitchen. Pool water was a bit funky, so not sure what was up with that. Outside tables and grills were available, which was nice to have that option. Hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping in the Robinson Twp area.

Friendly front desk. Check in was very pleasant. Spacious and clean. It will be our family’s go to hotel when we’re in Pitt from now on.

We enjoyed the breakfast in the am and the staff was friendly and attentive. Staff answered questions about local places to eat. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated indoor pool and the exercise room. We enjoyed the beautiful fall colors of the the leaves and walking around the hotel. Access to the computers and printer was appreciated during our stay. We would stay again when visiting family and friends. Thank you for your welcoming hospitality.

We started with not being able to checkin upon arrival at 5:30pm. Stated they were understaffed and rooms weren’t available. She sent the crew to go do our room while we waited. 10 minutes later it was ready???? We went up, dishwasher was running, there was no sheets on the bed. Bathroom didn’t have any shampoo etc, countertops weren’t wiped down. Complete rush job. 30 mins later they came back with sheets after they told us they were in the closet as we were suppose to make it, but there were no sheets. Then there was no cable, completely out and had to wait for someone from OH to fix it. The pool was down because of a piece on back order for 3 months, but we could go and drive to a sister property and swim there. Then at 11pm they called our room several times waiting the family to ask if we could send the couple we were with down with their credit card because the system crashed and they need the card for incidentals AT 11PM!! All because they didn’t pick their phone up in the room because they were sleeping as well, but they didn’t leave a message they called us and asked us to go ask them and get them up because they needed asap. Then an outside door was broken so you had to walk all the way around the building or walk thru baby showers that were book using the common room and not even in the private areas. So that was shut down and couldn’t for use for two of the afternoons. We usually have no issues but I have no idea what happened at this Hilton.

This hotel offers complimentary breakfast (daily) and dinner (Mon-Thu). This saved us lots of money and time especially because we have two young kids. It allowed us to spend more time relaxing and shopping. Our suite was very spacious. Even with a stroller, baby playpen, and sofa bed occupying space, our family was able to move around comfortably. We found this hotel convenient located to shopping venues, restaurants, and the airport. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
