Greta hotel. You need restaurants outside of the casino to accommodate families.

The only negative is that we traveled with our kids and we were unable to take them to sit down in a restaurant because they were inside of the casino.
There is also no pool or ANYTHING for kids to do.

I stayed here with my partner and one year old the night before a Phillies game. There were a lot of Phillies fans staying there and some with small children. We tried to eat at the restaurants within the casino (all but one restaurant is located inside the casino) and they would not allow us to walk directly to the restaurant with a child. The available restaurant only opened at 4 PM and was finer dining. Outside of the hotel there is not any dining options within walking distance. The room service was not great. They offered a partial menu and the food was subpar. The hotel offered very little else. My one year old and I tried to walk around and it was a boring place outside of the casino’s flashing lights. I wish it was a Marriot with a casino next door instead of all in one. We wanted to stay near the game and this was the most disappointing hotel I’ve been to. Would not recommend.

The staff and security were very attentive, very kind and always available to assist. The hotel was very quiet & clean. The room was great & ready ahead of time. The front desk was readily available & always provided me with what i needed. the parking was very easy. The only thing I would advise for families is that this is a Casino hotel…children under 21 only have 1 dining option/restaurant they can go to & it does not have a kids menu. The only other option is to order food & have it delivered to the hotel or an adult can order ahead & pick up food from the casino & bring it back to the room. Otherwise, a great hotel for adults & its proximity to all the sports facilities was perfect!

The stay was nice, the room was clean and up to date, a nice size, very comfortable. The only issue is families cant get to the restaurants to eat, because children cant walk through the casino. We had to leave to eat. When i was told this, i said i would leave and go find food outside, the security kept asking me if i was going to leave my young child in the car. Offensive to say the least, then as i walked away he called someone on the radio to make sure i didnt. I told him i was going out to eat i dont know why he got such a terrible opinion in his mind for.

Sierra the check in host was excellent! Very helpful. Downside? Although close to sports complex, this place is a casino and would not recommend booking if you’re traveling with kids. Nothing to do in hotel for them and rules are strict about minors. Great rooms, showers are def made for couples. Great place for a trip with your SO but not exactly family friendly

The bathroom door is dangerous when operating. There is no block on high far the door will slide and no handle to use. When first used upon entering the room, with my fingers in the door hold, the door sped up and continued past the door jam, thus entrapping and pinning my fingers. I let out a vey loud painful scream with expletives. I was able to push the door back with my other hand and release my fingers. Ater using and escaping the bathroom, I told my wife and two adult chidren to be careful of the door to its bad design. On the next day of our stay and right before our leave. My wife used the bathroom and the door went past the finger point, luckily no injury to the hand from being pinned, but injured hand getting out, which she couldn't complete. She called for help and my two adult daughters, took several minutes to release her from the bathroom entrapment. Worse part of the stay. Now the good things, beautiful view from the very large window. Good AC worked perfectly. Best Bed sheets ever, I want to get them. Very expensive, over one thousand dollars two rooms, one night. Limited TV for handicap staying in room while family goes out on the town. Have to be well versed in Air play and have apps and know all of your user id's and pw to use on TV. No information on the Hotel's amenities in the room or on the great big TV. Beautiful large shower, not made for partially handicapped person. No Safety features as to some grab bars and a shower seat would ha

I have never stayed at a casino/hotel before but I was highly impressed with my stay at Live. Staff was very helpful and prompt and the location was perfect. There was a good variety of food and a secure parking garage. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

Stayed here for a family trip to watch an Eagles game. This hotel is amazing for location and ease to the stadium. The only complaint I have is the hotel only has one restaurant that minors can get into. Also which is very expensive and not open for lunch. I would like to see more dining options available.
