Hotel was good with a pull out couch for a family and a big room. Neighborhood was sketchy. Wouldn't walk after dark

I booked a room with two double beds for 5 nights. Shampoo dispenser missing, do not disturb door hanger missing too. No trash bin provided in the coffee/refrigerator foyer. Basic hotel items overlooked- very poor housekeeping. Toilet (yes the actual toilet, not the seat) wobbles when sitting on it. Shower curtain has holes. Duvet cover keeps falling off to the ground because of the poor coupling design with duvet. Day 1 and 2, it was just me and I slept on one of the bed. Day 3 my family arrived and the kids took the 2nd bed. They immediately complained of smell of urine. Closer inspection revealed the smell was from the duvet. Called the front office who promptly sent someone with fresh sheets and duvet but they did not have staff who could change them as it was 10 pm, which was no problem because it was easy to change them ourselves. Requested replacing the pillows too, and he brought in two small ones but we needed four. He said that was all they had that night but would send the extras next day. We never got the extra pillows! Day 4, toilet got clogged. Front office said their engineering department will send a staff when available. He arrived while my kid was in the shower, I told him to come back in 10 minutes and he tries to leave the plunger with me saying I should plunge the toilet myself! I told him no so he goes away, but he comes back in 2 minutes and fortunately my kid had already finished shower, so he was able to unclog it. Definitely not an enjoyable stay.

We had a junior suite which was very nice a spacious for our family of 4. Hotel is conveniently located that we were able to leave our car parked in the garage and walk to all the tourist spots we wanted to see, which is good because garage does not allow in and out privileges. Parking is expensive at $40 a night! Breakfast is NOT included despite what is posted on Hotels.com listing!

We love the Hilton brand family. This location a miss from start to finish. We had multiple reservations under the same card. Check in originally no issue. Spoke with someone in advance and things were sorted. My form was bright and well furnished. BUT there was evidence of some adult fun from a previous guest on some of the furniture. Over 3 days i spoke to 4 people to attempt to get it cleaned up or replaced no resolution. The customer service here was abysmal. We had a second round of check ins staying back to back spoke with the manager twice was told all set. Then my guys weren't able to check in without my presence. When i asked to speak with a manager about my overall experience I was told " you'll have to take that up with them tomorrow when they are in". What could have been great ruined by poor customer service.

Great place to stay when we are in town visiting family for holidays! Love how close it is to the reading terminal for a super yummy breakfast or lunch the next day! It’s quiet, well maintained and easy to get to and park. Highly recommend

What we were most impressed with, was the level of service we were given. It was truly exceptional!! We were greeted by an amazing representative by the name of Khufu… We cannot say enough good things about him… He was professional, courteous and he went above and beyond his job duties… It was our grandson’s 16th Birthday that we were celebrating and what Khufu did for him was truly amazing… He went out of his way to surprise him with a big piece of strawberry shortcake!!! What a wonderful surprise to our grandson, he was truly thankful!! We have never experienced this type of service ever!!! He was so personable… We feel Khufu should definitely be in management for sure!!! Because of this wonderfully display of amazing customer service, we will definitely be visiting again and will tell our family and friends as well about this property because of your employee Khufu!!!! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby elevators in room, more clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. We stayed in a junior suite and loved it.
