Excellent central location! Can walk to many of the attractions, if not all. Shopping is close by too. We had a suite with a bedroom w/ a king bed and a sofa bed. Plenty of space for our family of 3. Nice complimentary breakfast included. Dunkin’ donuts on the bottom floor and Trader Joe’s a short walk away.

It was a great stay… but if traveling with kids the AREA was a little sketchy.

Great location. Great view. Super nice staff. The shower only has a half piece of glass so water goes all over the bathroom. We did laundry and the services in the basement were great! Breakfast only has waffles on the weekend. And they only had Silk milk for cereal. Milk is a necessity when having cereal—especially with kids. Milk or waffles—please have one.

I was in Philly on business and stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast but the eggs were undercooked (I personally don't like to drink my eggs, but I also like them drier than some). The sugar crusted waffles have GOT TO GO. I prefer to just cook my own waffles and add syrup as desired. The sugar waffles that were provided were FAR too sweet and a tad dry without syrup of some kind. The view from the breakfast room was nice though, so that helped. The rooms were quite nice bed wasn't as comfortable as other hotels I've stayed at and the pull out couch was a catastrophe of springs and discomfort for my kids on the first day. These are minor things that may not get in the way of most people, however.

When I first arrived, I was told that I had to wait about a half hour (total) for my room to be ready because the previous guest signed out late. But the front desk was very nice and let my family each have a complimentary snack and let us wait in a lobby on another floor in the meantime. When we were alerted the room was ready, we went in and found the room nice and clean and very spacious! Our only gripe was that the bathroom was quite disproportionate compared to the rest of the room. The door almost buts the toilet when you open it, making it awkward to get in. Other than that, we loved the room! It had a great view, which we loved.

Front desk staff could have been more attentive. They were so busy looking at the kids and party goers that they didn’t pay attention to the line of people waiting to be checked in. Also, the valet parking was a mess. However, the room was comfortable enough for a night and for an old building they have maintain

My family and I stayed there for six days and the staff was excellent. Walter, Marc, Dionna, Aaron and others were so polite and helpful to use during our stay.

The rooms were great and the staff was very good. The only issue with the property is the amount of homeless sleeping around the property. I have little children and they don’t need to be exposed to bums fighting with one and other and half naked people passed out directly next to the building. I walked passed several hotels around Penn square and ours was by far the worst.
