The staff in the hotel very friendly. We had a double queen for a family of four. House keeping very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast options. We were not made aware the pool was not operable, the room could use a little more dusting in crevices of furniture. Suggest updating to leather instead of cloth furnishings. Parking horrible. The attendants were rude, limited english, we were given a card key to get out the gate that never worked, requiring assistance from garage attendants. The way you park and access your vehicle should be revamped. The parking garage issues alone caused me to be upset and delayed every evening with how staff conducted themselves. That issue alone would make me look for alternative locations although I liked this location due to its convenience, price and free hot breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located in Center City and is walkable to many attractions. This is the second time I've stayed with family and would come again.

Lots of problems. Staff very unknowledgeable and unwilling to figure things out. Very dismissive. Simple questions like where do I park my car during check in. Hotels.com description not accurate… meeting rooms not available for general use or work. So if you are traveling with family and need a quiet place, look elsewhere. Breakfast was stale week old donuts and pancakes and fake eggs. Sink and shower did not drain the whole time I was there.

Room was very comfortable. Some noises coming from some kids next door, but was ok…what was disappointing to me was the 2 ladies that were working on the front desk, maybe they were having a bad day…but they were kind rude and not welcoming at all, just the opposite. The next day was a guy, and he was very courteous and polite…then check out time the ladies again!!! Hotels shouldn’t have people like that working with the public! It seems that it was another bad day for them again!

The hotel is walkable to the tourist spots. It’s quiet and the free breakfast is a plus for families like us.

The staff was great. We had a problem with the first room and they and they gave us a new one without hassle which was great since I was toting around an infant and a toddler. The room was spqcious. The breakfast was ok, pamcake machine kept breaking. The only downside are the thin walls, so we heard our inebriated neighbors, and the location allowed us to hear the busy streets of Philly on a Saturday night.

Great customer service, polite staff. Very thorough breakfast offerings that were constantly being refilled. Everything was fresh. Bedding, towels a plenty. Comfortable bed. My kids wish the pool was indoor.

My stay at this hotel was great, until the last day of my stay, I came back from the store, and was going to get breakfast for me and my family when the security guard approached me and ask me was I a guest here, i stated yes and he said if so where is your room key, I left my room key in my room. He continued to harass me, and made me go to the front desk to verify i was a guest there, the front desk clerk, told him I had been a guest there for more than a week. I wasvery embarassed in front of other guests in the lobby. The other staff and the hotel are very nice, but the security guard on duty on 02/14/2023 in the morning was very unprofessional.

Breakfast was good, room size and the location were great. Would have had a perfect time if not for paper thin walls and loud neighbors. People walking and banging doors loudly all hours of the night. From 1am - 4:30am, my kids and I barely slept. At 2:45am I decided to complain to front desk because the neighbors next door decided it was time to party and turned on their music. Overall a decent hotel and rooms are large. Breakfast variety is great. Stay away if you’re looking to sleep though. I decided to ignore another reviewer who complained of paper thin walls, and yep. Experienced it for myself.
