Good stay. Just not very kid friendly with the menu. Had to order outside service for drinks and snacks.

Not at Ritz standard. It was awful, feels like being scammed, will never stay again and seriously reconsidering any future Ritz stays. Run-down property, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Had to try (unsuccessfully) to fix a bunch of issues the minute we arrived through when we left (the paid internet is terrible, the valet locations are complicated, room fridge broken, movies don’t work, restaurant extremely slow, hotel loses record of booking deal and adds bogus charges after check out). We spent the whole time on edge working on all these issues and missed precious family time. Oh, and the concierge will say, “no worries” and insert an apology on your behalf for their issues and lack of interest in fixing them.

Very nice hotel, nice staff. Only draw back was the lack of amenities, my own fault for not checking to see what was available prior to our stay. With all the available space they could improve the overall experience by adding some kid friendly aspects, as well as a small store for some forgotten essentials. Not complaining, but not a do over with kids.
