We loved the room ,large and clean. The pool area was not as clean and was extremely humid. The hot tub didn't work and we found a child's toy plugging the filter. Because it was a Sunday, we kind of feel like there had been people in the pool area Saturday night and staff hadn't had a chance to properly service the area. The excellent appearance of the rest of the property gave us that impression.

Dina and Zack from house keeping are amazing .. they both made sure to follow up when i ask something. i had 4 kids with me so you already know I had messes and needed extra they both went above and beyond to make me feel more then just a quest in a hotel. it was a great experience and I can’t wait to go back.

We typically have great luck with Marriott’s. This stay though, check in took extra long (was 9 pm with four kids after driving all day), because she was asking a lot about us signing up for their program. Room needs a good cleaning and couch pillows changed. Otherwise it was an okay quick night of rest.

one of the workers dani help my whole day due to car problems she heard me on the phone with a tow truck and came right over asking could she help. i was already upset trying to get 3 kids to settle she jumped my car for me and saved me money for that. the stay its self was nice the kids had alot of fun at the pool the breakfast was good we fid only stay one night but we enjoyed

STAY AWAY Stayed one night.. all 4 children got Hot tub Foliculitis.. a bacteria rash. So gross. Hotel did nothing about it when we told them.

Very nice hotel for a very good price. Breakfast was great and the kids really enjoyed flavored water and cookies. No complaints other than the shampoo and body wash were pretty much empty

This hotel would not honor the Hotels.com reservation ,, I would recommend not using either this hotel or Hotels.com We were shuffled around like a deck of cards, all this after attending a family funeral/ the hotels ,com gurantee means nothing.

The front desk staff was great and that is were the positive ended. Our room was filthy and poorly maintained. The ceiling clearly had a leak that was poorly repaired. The carpet was stained all over the room and had pizza sauce on the walls. The pillows were preschool-sized and uncomfortable and the “free breakfast” was abysmal. We have stayed in many different places with our family and this was by far the worst.

Room was accommodating for our family of 5. Pullout mattress was filthy. Great breakfast provided the next morning.
