We were put in an accessible room where the bathroom smelled like urine. My children found a Sativa vape in the pullout couch. The mattress on the pull out sofa was disgusting. Dog barking in room next door. It seems like all of the Residence Inns by Marriott are now being used as homeless shelters/halfway houses. - The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and professional.

The only thing that i disliked is that i booked the stay for a few days thinking there was a swimming pool as it advertised. My children and i got ready to go in the pool only to find out they haven't have a pool for a couple of years.

Main reason I chose this hotel was because they stated they had a pool, when we arrived and asked it was out of service and was really inconvenient for our family. Since most activities were closed at that time. The staff though is amazing.

I was told the staff would provide a Pack n Play for my infant. At 10 pm, they had failed to accommodate. It was nowhere to be found in our room when we returned that evening.

Frustrated, I was traveling with family and our rooms were not in close proximity. Dirty, my room was subpar, the trash hadn't been empty and there were grape stems all over the floor near the couch. Apathetic, the staff seemed unaccommodating. I would not stay at this facility again nor would I recommend it.
