One of the side doors was frequently found within a rock holding it open - we felt very unsafe. We were also overcharged for bringing two small dogs - $70 per night for the two of them. We’ve stayed here many times before while visiting my wife’s family; we will not be staying here again.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was like sleeping in heaven. I was just disappointed the jacuzzi wasn’t working and there was a large family in the pool area so I didn’t want to go.

Hotel and room smelled, good size rooms, but bathroom and room furniture in general needs to be changed or deep cleaned. Hot tub was out of service and pool didn't look cleaned. I would no recommend, specially for family trip

Rooms were noisy (baby cried all night in adjacent room) faucet in bathroom sprayed water while on, insects in the drinking glasses, room was diety in general. Shower was good as were the comfort of the beds. Staff was friendly. Several young people smoking pot outside the building and the smell was comining inside.

The room was fine but it was a smoking room and the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. The staff was accommodating and tried to fix the issue. Overall the facility and the breakfast was good. Pool was clean and the kids had fun.
