Valley Forge Casino Resort

We stayed for almost a week for a dance competition. Valley Forge Casino Resort was just as advertised. We had no issues to speak of, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The layout wasn’t ideal, that’s my only complaint but i wouldn’t even call it a complaint. The shopping and restaurant options nearby were amazing. The pool was great for the kids. We felt safe. Overall a pretty good stay!

My family and I had an all around good stay. Rooms were good, quiet in the room, clean rooms and bathroom., staff was very helpful, valet made life great with all the raun from the weekend.

Me and My fiancé don’t get out often because we have younger children. And for our to have our staycation there was not worth going out. There GSA where more than nice . But that older Gentleman bartender was more than rude. He rushed us to order food because the kitchen was closing and I understand. But the way he was yelling at us made me feel like a child. We asked for waters he gave us these little bottles. I ordered Nachos . I let him know the sour cream was missing half way through my meal he brings out sour cream.. I was so ready to leave that place but my fiancé was hungry. The shower had a bunch of hair in the shower stall and dried shampoo on the wall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was hair in the potatoes. I found a long one in mines. The bad part was they didn’t even switch them out after I let them know it was hair in them. We sat ourselves which was fine. It’s just nothing that says self serve or self sit. The Casino was cool . The hotel side need to step there game up. This experience for me was horrible !!!!!!

We didn’t come for the casino but to visit family for the holidays. The room smelled like urine but otherwise very quiet and clean. Saturday night we tried to contact the desk for several hours with no answer. The next door guests were very loud talking and slamming doors. This went on from 12:30-4:00 when we went down to security to get help. I would be helpful to not place gambling guests next to guests not drinking/gambling.

Staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. After seeing my mom was in a wheelchair and I was struggling with our luggage, the supervisor immediately came to our aid and changed our room to a handicapped accessible room and helped me bring my mom and our things to the room. I will stay here again when I visit my grandchildren and recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks so much!!!

I spend alot of money for this room so my grandchildren got get in the pool. They couldn't enjoy the pool because feces was in the pool and it took forever for them to clean its took so long that my grandchildren couldn't get in today its Saturday leave on Sunday

Rooms need to be updated. Not family friendly.

I love to stay at this place but after COVID there are no gift shops,no places for kids, like arcade areas,no restaurants reasonably priced for families

Went for a historical family field trip to Valley Forge. The hotel was just down the road. Wonderful location. Staff was friendly and attentive. Ate dinner at the onsite steakhouse. Beyond amazing! Who knew? Would recommend highly.

Free parking was a plus. Room was clean and was fine for a family of 4
