The desk officer mgr and Amir were all EXCELLENT!!! Will refer family and friends this is the place to STAY when in PA!

The staff was so rude. The women at the check out counter was extremely rude made conversation with everyone and never looked at me or said hello. She needs to be coached on her attitude. I will never stay here again. The hotel room was ok walking through the lobby all you could smell was pot smell. The room next to us was so loud and we were up most of the night. Not a family friendly hotel … do not recommend

My fiancé use to come here and stay as a kid growing up every year and he brought me this year and I absolutely love it!! Shopping if phenomenal and the area restaurants hospitality is unbelievable!!! The best weekend!!

When we checked in, the receptionist was not friendly. She gave us half of her attention. Also, the hotel takes an extra $150 from our bank account for incidentals and it may not be returned for up to 30 days. We should be told something like that up front. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, but they put a baby in the next room. We tried to be very quiet so we did not wake her up, but the hotel was not very full and the staff could have been more considerate. Also, they provided 3 towels for a room with 2 king size beds.

Had a great experience and everyone was so friendly. We were there for a dance competition and the staff was so nice and didnt seem to be stressed at all with about 700 kids ages 4 to 17 running around. Only improvement I thought of was, I wish they had more bartenders on hand. The staff may not have been stressed but us parents were and drinks were needed.

Perfect for business and conferences or an adult get away. Not family friendly. Breakfast offers many options and can be included with the stay as an upgrade. The same with the dinner. The food was surprisingly very good. Avoid mixed drinks and go with wine or beer. The building and rooms could use an upgrade but overall 8/10 for work meetings and professional gatherings.
