Great option for families that need to stay near CHOP KOP

I really like how friendly your staff is. Well, I love kids, but there seemed to be a lot of elementary kids on Friday night yelling, playing and screaming near the 4 th floor elevator area. No parent supervision. This is not the caught of the hotel.

My room was amazing and clean. My only issue was the kids running through the halls while i was trying to study which was the reason for my stay.

My family and I stayed for just one night. Our room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel itself, was very clean, in my opinion.

CONS (a lot): This is a typical "add-on" hotel (think low budget airlines business model where there are upcharges for everything). No refrigerator, no microwave, no free room wifi (cost 10.00 a day to have wifi in your room... or you could spend the night in the lobby), no complimentary breakfast (14.99 for their buffet). Breakfast alone would cost about 80.00 for a family of four after tax and gratuity. No way to keep a baby bottle cold or heat it up to serve. Hotel staff was pleasant, but apathetic. PROS (few): Clean, modern rooms. Nice common area with small pool and fire pit. Starbucks coffee for the coffee makers in the room (my favorite service of the hotel actually). Omelette bar (but remember, it costs 14.99 to those few eggs!). OVERALL: Will not return. This hotels needs to grow up and be a bit less greedy.

Me and the wife decided to spice the night up and stay at a hotel for the night. I get there 60 minutes before her and walked into the bathroom amd it smelled like fresh sewer. I called the front desk to change the room before the wife arrived. I switched rooms and we troed to enjoy the night. Woke up rhe next next morning and wanted to continue the evening in the morning while taking a couples shower before we went to work but there was no hot water. We had to check out 3 hours early so that we could go home to shower before we went to work. This experience ruined our moment away from the kids and we dont get many. The hotel didnt do anything except say sorry. We could have just stayed home for all of this.

Great stay, nice modern facilities and great fun for the whole family
