Surprised that there was no breakfast included or free coffee in lobby. We were not the only ones, another family came down at the time we were there and they also were disappointed.

The HVAC unit was not functioning properly in my room. It was 67 degrees in the room, 40 degrees outside. FREEZING! I made a complaint with management, I was offered “complimentary” breakfast. This is absurd. My family & I suffered from this inconvenience and all they had to offer was breakfast, preposterous!

The property is under construction so there are things stacked up in the halls in the parking lots I could smell the dust in my room from the construction We had to sign a waiver regarding being quiet etc mainly because there were kids there for hockey. Well the kids were running up and down the halls all night so that wasn’t being enforced. Overall the whole place is in need of a makeover which they obviously are in the process of doing. I would stay elsewhere until it’s finished especially for the price they are charging while this is in this condition
