To start.. first room we were given (2 queen beds) smelled like a decomposing body was inside somewhere. Went to the desk and asked for another room. The clerk gave us another room on another floor. The key did not work to the new room and went back to the desk. The clerk gave me a key to the 3rd room. Inside the room was 1 king bed and a couch. Another trip to the front desk and advised I paid for 2 queen beds. The clerk stated he’d give me a partial refund to keep the room (50$). Told the clerk I needed the 2 queen beds due to having 3 teens with me. Clerk advised no other rooms available and advised he gave me 100$ off for the stay. Still haven’t seen the refund, and no receipt was given. The breakfast was great and the kids loved it. For the money, stay at a nicer more accommodating hotel.

The stay was good once we got past the shower issue. Our first room the shower was messed up and wasn’t able to shut the water off. But they came quick and remedied this situation and changed my room without hesitation!! The star. Was very friendly and always ready to answer my questions. The breakfast kept my children happy and full!! Thank you to the great staff!

Inn has to regulate who can enter the gym. There were a bunch of kids coming in at out all through out the day and being super loud in the gym. Not only it's a huge nuisance, but it's also very dangerous when kids are handling heavy weights(not to exercise, but to play with). Also, the front desk person on Saturday afternoon was SOOOO SLOW.

I want a complete and full refund. I already called the hotel and still have not heard back. No ice. Tons of kids Room by ice and elevator and exit. Too noisy No WiFi working Garbage by my car. No remote in room. Terrible and poor breakfast choices Terrible staff at front desk Could not check out. System was down Tried calling numerous times and no response. Entire lobby full of kids. No place to sit I want a full refund.

Good hotel for family's or friends that are visiting,shopping,business or other... neat and clean,good brea We are 8 friends in for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay.
