Tru by Hilton Audubon Valley Forge

I was told that there would be maid service every other day, I was there 3 nights..... no maid, no clean towels, nothing done to the room, but I was charged the same amount for 3 nights. I went down to use the pool...... the pool is RANCID !...When you open the door, the room smells, there is no water movement in the pool, the water is so cloudy you cannot see the bottom. No warning on the door that the pool is closed, the automatic lock allows guests into the pool area. Friday Night it was like a free for all on the 5th floor... kids running around, screaming ..... don't you have security cameras on all floors? why weren't the kids stopped. I will Not use this hotel again !

Looked very family friendly though I was there on business. I wasnt disturbed at all by the kids teams staying in the hotel. Room was modern and clean. Pleasant stay.

This property was fun for the kids and in a quiet area. Loved the ambience and we had no complaints at all.

What a nice hotel! Super clean, the free breakfast was great, the pool was clean and so much fun for the kids, the staff was lovely. Highly recommend!

The overall property is fine. It's a nice little place to stay. But my stay here was terrible. You can hear people next door all night long making noise. The first night I was there kids were running all up and down the hallways banging on doors. Then one night while we were out for dinner, someone poured water under our door and soaked my little dog. Even though it's a pet friendly hotel, someone took it upon themselves to do this. I confronted the front desk about it. Ask them if they had cameras to see who was doing that. They have no cameras in the building other than just in a few common areas. Very unsafe place to stay.

There were a bunch of children running around the hotel all weekend. Floor was wet and slippery from them using the pool. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff was very nice.

The decor isbso lovely, great customer services, they have paper plates and spoon and forks available for people like me who always forget to grab some. They room was clean, beds comfortable, and gald they didn't have no carpet because my babies love drop food and it made it easy to clean

I would of been so much better but couldn’t sleep due to so many kids running up and down the halls all night yelling and talking. Was very disappointed.

If you’re staying in the Valley Forge/KOP area, book this hotel immediately. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The lobby offers activities for kids. The rooms are spacious and modern. We stayed right by elevator but didn’t hear a peep. Free continental breakfast is offered from 7 to 10 and there is free coffee always!

Location of property was great however we experienced a few problems during our stay. 1) We had a completely empty shampoo bottle and didn’t realize until kids were mid shower, we had to call to get a new one brought up 2) We had 2 pillows per bed. The pillows were ultra soft and added no support. We had 4 travelers so one pillow each. Was a struggle to get comfortable. We called to get two extra pillows and they were only able to accommodate one. Even doubling up the pillows it still gave no support. 3) Pool itself seemed dirty and poorly unkept and it was freezing, not sure if the use a pool heater here. It was not enjoyable at all. We booked here and arrived early to swim but it was way too cold to enjoy and get used to the temp.
