Located right next to King of Prussia mall. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and great for kids. The included morning breakfast is solid... usually scrambled eggs, french toast or apple pancakes, bacon or sausages, breakfast potatoes, and oatmeal. The TV's have Youtube and Netflix capability through your smartphone. Overall, solid hotel. My family always stays here when we visit King of Prussia or Philadelphia which is just 20-30 minutes away.

Very good experience. The hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was tasty and had many options. The pool was heated and made for a comfortable and positive experience for my children. I would definitely return !

one of the two elevators was broken which unfortunately hampered our stay. We had very long waits for the elevator and were put on the 4th floor with two young children and a lot of bags. Apart from that no issues at all. Very clean and reception was accommodating.

Generally excellent but pool & hot tub are not in service without notice so it's kind of huge disappointment since we are in family trip with two kids.

Besides the bed being harder than I remember from the last time I was there a few years ago I loved our stay. The staff are nice, loved the room, loved that the dishes were actually clean! We really enjoyed ourselves and the pool, my toddler didn’t want to leave and still saying she wants to go back to our “new room.”

It’s an upscale hotel without the price tag. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We got upgraded for free because they didn’t have my room type available. The pool was freezing cold but the hot tub was nice. I tried getting in the pool but couldn’t. It was that cold! Everyone migrated to the hot tub including 10 rowdy kids which made it hard to relax. I wish the pool was monitored more closely.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The room was nice and clean. We was on the first floor and I was grateful for that because I do believe it was an event for children in the area so the hotel was occupied with families with children, the breakfast buffet was great. Would definitely recommend if visiting the KOP area .

We love all of the Hyatt properties we've ever been to and this one was very nice as well. We will return! We just wish they had a heated pool. The water was so cold my kids kept getting out to get in the jacuzzi to warm up.
