SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Elizabethtown Hershey

Very quiet and right off the highway. It was within 30 minutes of Hershey. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was amazing!

The stuff were great and loved my senior furbabys, Breakfast was ok.

The room we had was very large, great for a family of 5. It was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable but the room did smell a little musty.

Great location and closer to a lot of places with things to do. Breakfast was mediocre but the kids loved the pool and we loved a clean room with comfy beds!

The room was big enough for a family of five to sleep comfortably. It was clean, but had an older feel to it even though it possibly was updated. Nothing in the area to eat after 8pm. Had trouble getting food delivered when we got back from being out all day. Staff was not welcoming or friendly, but that seemed to be the case for the area. On the other hand, the free breakfast was great to start the day.

I ordered two rooms. One for myself and two children. One for my mom and brother. I just wish the rooms were closer, the rooms were on different floors. Other than that, the hotel was great!

From check-in to checkout, we had a wonderful stay! The beds are comfortable and the room was spacious as we had 4 adults and two children. The breakfast is terrific and the front desk very helpful. Great proximity to Hershey!! I would stay here again!

Very good accommodations for our family. Breakfast was included and it was great - many choices. Kids liked the pool too.

We arrived on Friday and saw many high school students and families in the hotel. Turns out that there was a sporting event in the area and many participants were staying at our hotel. Friday night was awful- running in the halls and yelling by the kids, parents were in the parking tailgating- until 1:00 in the morning. We called the front desk three times- each time someone came up to clear the halls of kids but as soon as they went downstairs, the kids came back out- slamming doors in the process. Saturday night was the same- parties until 3:00 Sunday morning. The room across from us was used by kids as a place to hang out. Parents were outside partying- kids were whooping it up inside. Again, we called the front desk, once they came up and asked the kids in the room and roaming the halls to quiet down, the next time, they just cleared the halls, the third time we called- and no one picked up. The front desk was useless. As for amenities, breakfast was awful- powdered scrambled eggs that looked like crumbled feta cheese. The bacon wasn't cooked The wifi didn't work. We could connect to it but not browse the Internet. The front desk couldn't help. We paid a premium for the room $249 – when they normally go for about $179. I thought thought it was because of a local college graduation happening that weekend. Why weren't we told about the sporting issue? This was a miserable experience. We learned a lesson about not trusting info provided- to call ourselves.

This was a really nice day for the family on our visit to Hershey Park and Lancaster! Everybody was friendly and it was very clean and had just about everything you could possibly want or need. Thanks for a great visit!
