Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel while visiting Hershey. The location allowed for quick access to the park, while be close to in-town dining. The room itself was SO spacious. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Great AC. Great shower. Highly recommend.

Let me start with positives: The older gentleman sometimes at the front desk was nice. The room refrigerator works.
Pushy clerk at check-in, asking 3 times for my email address. The hotel "must know the information about their guests" he said. Honestly I couldn't understand the other things he told me. He gave us a room next to the elevator, stairs and ice machine. The stairs are old creaky wooden stairs so we heard every family that went up and down. The ice machine was incredibly loud. The decor in the room used to be a hershey chocolate brown but it's now worn out. The window AC makes a lot of different noises, which made it hard to sleep. The pillows are half-size of a normal pillow. Strange!
Yes there was breakfast included with our $150 rate. The dining area was way too small for the amount of people so lots of folks were standing. Hot items included a sheet of eggs where you wonder if there is egg inside and sausages where you wonder if meat is inside. They tasted bland. The coffee from both machine and large flask was weak. The juice is mixed with water. The yogurts were small.
A hotel worker attended the breakfasts. He always seemed to appear from nowhere too close to us to fix something. One time the waffle machine was broken and the batter machine dispensed water. I saw him pour the dispensed water back into the batter container for the next "lucky" customer. The worker would not clean tables after other messy families.
The TV's don't work when it rains.

This stay was not so good. The room is okay, the pull-out bed sheets were filthy and smelled. After calling the front desk they came and changed the sheets immediately. Also the breakfast was average. However, one on sanitary incident I observed was the gentleman taking care of the food area had clear gloves on, he used those gloves to put his hands in the garbage to push down the garbage from overflowing, and kept those same gloves on to clean the counter with crumbs and to fix the food - muffins and the container. He did not change his gloves after handling the garbage. I had to leave the area with my children after that incident. Because it was so disgusting. The toilet did not flush. I had to take off the lid and adjust the toilet so it could flush. I thought since this hotel had the Wyndham name attached, the standards would be higher. We stayed from 7/12 - 7/14 - Room 300 for the weekend for a family weekend trip at Hershey Park. It was a place to rest our head after a long day, but I wish we had a better experience. My pillowcase had a very musty odor. I didn't want to bother the front desk again so I just sucked it up because I was only there for one more night. The ladies at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I would like the manager of this hotel to know that they should do a better job with hygiene when taking care of our food.

This location is super convient for anyone who rather walk than rent a car. Hershey park a 45 min walk, First watch, and duck donuts being a 10 minute walk. A cvs right next door. A 5 minute walk to a gas station, if friends are coming. Rooms are super nice, the only downfall is my refrigerator kept freezing my food items and drinks, but not the biggest deal breaker. Their vending machines are cash only, which is silly. Ice machine works just as intended... their breakfast is better than I remember from being a child, plently of food and drink to fill you and your kids up, REMEMBER early bird gets the worm. 630am is when breakfast starts. Id recommend this to anyone looking for a small vacation that wont break the bank! Plenty to do in Hershey!

The room is spacious and very clean. Friendly staff. The front desk opens 24 hours. It is the same like it is advertised. I recommend this place for family. Will be staying here again if we travel back to Harrisburg area.

The only thing I didn't like were the guests up over my room the kids were running and jumping ever late at night. People should remember to be considered that there are guests rooms under you. Especially if you have kids. So one maybe sleeping.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. I feel like it’s a “hidden gem” amid all the places to stay at Hersheys. I only typically stay at luxury hotels but this place doesn’t feel like a compromise at all. It’s very reasonably priced, only 5-7 mins from Hersheys, yet very quiet. What I like is that we’re all aware of price gauging near attractions (food, rides, goods, etc…) yet we’ve received fair prices during our stays. Also, the front desk are very friendly and gives a family-centered vibe. Love it.

The front desk and rest of the staff were very kind and professional. It looks like a family-run business, and they go out of their way to treat guests like family. We were grateful to find an affordable room for a family of six (we often have to book two rooms). Facility could probably use an update, but everything was clean.
