I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We booked last minute and they were super cheap. Perhaps i shouldnt have jumped to conclusions.
The lobby is nice and clean. There are plenty of seats for just relaxing. The complimentary coffee station is a plus. We were greeted warmly by a clerk at the front desk and she made check in super easy. Our room was a decent size. Two queen beds and a sofa bed. The desk was a nice size. There was also a microwave. The pool was down the hall and was very clean. The people were all considerate and none of the kids were rowdy. The laundry facility was a nice touch. Especially after the kids going swimming at 9pm. No one wants to bring home wet swimming clothes from a trip. There was also a complimentary breakfast that had a little bit of everything. Eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The young man working that are was really nice and working hard. Overall our trip was a successful. I was impressed with the quality given the low price. Im glad we made the decision to choose the comfort inn.

Where to even start about this hotel? It is located far away from restaurants and shopping centers. The pool is filled with so much chlorine that hurts children’s & adults eyes. The room that we stood in had a mattress dirty under the sheets and a bug crawling in my pillow at night. Upon showing it to the front desk person he offered to give me another room and assured me after checking closely that it was not a bed bug since it had wings. No one also came to bring clean towels or toiletries the next day either which I was shocked to see.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was clean and the staff were great. We were there for a sporting event and it was very close to the complex.

The hotel was nice and clean and Patti at the front desk was super sweet, friendly and helpful. This is our favorite place to stay when our kids have sporting events at Spooky Nook.

This property is perfect for families playing at Spooky Nook for a tournament, as it is a short walk across the street to the venue. The hotel is in great condition and employees are always friendly. They are adding EV charging stations, which will be another HUGE benefit to staying here.

Room service never showed up for starters. We called the front desk to ask for towels, coffee and trash bags and were told housekeeping is not on site. That's fine, but the kid at the front desk doesn't offer us to come down and get fresh towels, coffee and trash bags. I said do you have those items available, he acted like it was a crazy question. At one point we came down to ask him a question but he was to busy visiting with his high school buddy to notice us trying to ask him a question, AWKWARD! Next, the water feels like you've been coated with a layer of oil, I think it's water softener? What ever it is be prepared in the shower to take a MAJOR FALL! Yes, it slimes the shower floor & it's SUPER SLICK I slipped & hurt myself. Also, never seen this before in my life! The shower door goes half way and it goes to the top of the ceiling and doesn't move. There is no where to hang a wash cloth or towels and the water will splash out at the open end of the shower UNTIL you're in all the way! Most of the front desk were unhelpful in places to visit or anything for that matter. The day we left we were actually greeted nicely at the check out by a woman we didn't see before. The foldout couch had NO linens for it, the main bed had no blanket. We found ONE in the closet and gave it to our kid for the couch bed, WEIRD! We checked in with THREE PEOPLE mind you. The room was clean as the bathroom/shower only 5 star I can give it.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament in Lancaster. The hotel was very clean with a small, but decent pool and an awesome patio with available grills out back. The kids were able to play in the pool while the adults grilled (Target and Walmart are both within 15 minutes, so we easily got all the necessary BBQ supplies. The hotel staff also gave us some supplies) and had music on out on the patio. We even had a wiffleball game going on the grass. Later, we were able to sit in the lobby and continue our night. The rooms were a great size and comfortably slept 6 adults/teenagers. Even the pull-out sofa bed was very comfy. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and lemon water were available all day and all night, and breakfast in the morning was very good. There was easy access to everything in the area. The best part of the trip was the staff. NOTHING was too much trouble. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and every staff member you encountered was smiling and offering a way to may your stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and our soccer team would happily stay there again.
